Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes! Maison Ivory is an appointment-only bridal boutique, allowing us to provide each bride with a personalized and private experience.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking at least 9 months before your wedding date. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, don’t worry—we do offer rush options depending on designer availability.

Are appointments private?

Yes! All of our bridal appointments take place in our private bridal suites. Brides are welcome to bring up to 5 guests max.

Can I bring children to my appointment?

To help create a calm and relaxed environment, we kindly ask that children not attend bridal appointments.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Nude is best! We recommend seamless, nude underwear—preferably a high-waisted thong. If you plan to wear shapewear on your wedding day, feel free to bring it along. For the care and cleanliness of our gowns, we kindly ask that brides wear clean socks or bring clean footwear when trying on our dresses.

Can I bring food or drinks to my appointment?

To help keep our boutique and gowns looking their best, we kindly ask that you not bring outside food or drinks into the boutique.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our samples are currently available in sizes 10–14. If your size isn’t available, don’t worry—we’ll use clips, styling, and extra material when available to help you see the full vision of your gown. As Maison Ivory grows, we’ll continue expanding our sample size selection.

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range from $2,300–$5,000, with the majority between $3,000–$4,000.

What deposit is required to order my gown?

A 60% deposit is required when your gown order is placed. As all gowns are made to order, deposits and gown orders are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of your gown arriving.

What if I change my mind about my gown?

Don’t panic—dress regret happens! While gown orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, we’re always happy to chat and help. Sometimes, trying your dress on again is all it takes to remember why you said yes!
